► Beans


Beans are considered best for reducing obesity. Because beans contain elements that increase the digestive hormone called cholecystokinin almost twice. Apart from this, beans maintain the level of blood sugar, so that there is no harm if you are hungry for a long time. Beans are considered a high fiber diet that lowers cholesterol.


► Egg

►Salad

► Vinegar


Consuming vinegar does not cause hunger for a long time. Those who eat bread slices dipped in vinegar feel less hungry. The acetic acid in vinegar delays digestion, which delays hunger.
